At DubiaDust.com, the health and safety of your reptiles is our top priority. Because Dubia Dust is a consumable nutritional supplement, we must follow strict safety and quality standards.
No Returns on Opened Products
Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the “Void If Removed” tamper-evident seal has been broken.
Once a food or supplement item leaves our facility, we have no way to verify how it has been stored, handled, or exposed to environmental conditions such as heat, moisture, contaminants, or other animals. Allowing returns of opened products would create a risk of cross-contamination and could compromise the safety and effectiveness of the supplement for other customers.
For these reasons, opened or unsealed products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Many food and supplement manufacturers follow similar policies for the same reasons. Once the tamper seal is broken, the product cannot be guaranteed to meet our quality standards.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
If the issue is verified, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Unopened Products
If a product is unopened, unused, and the tamper seal is completely intact, please contact us before attempting a return. Any approved return must be authorized in advance and may be subject to return shipping costs.
